ペパーミントより香りはまろやかです。
【お勧めの使用方法】
その名の通りほのかにチョコレートの香りがするミントでハーブティーやアイス、クッキー作りにも。豆乳や珈琲などにブレンドしていつもと違う味わいを楽しむのも。
【保存方法】
霧吹きなどで適度な水分を与え冷蔵庫で1週間～2週間保存可。
ジップロックなどで真空状態にして冷凍すると香りも落ちず保存可能。
冷凍時は水分が無いように水分をふき取って保温する。
